A Dallas commercial property firm plans to beef up its acquistion and development operations with the addition of a new top officer.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services said Monday that it has hired Stephen A. Scott as its new senior vice president.
Scott was previously president of Dallas-based Kinsman Equity Partners, a property investment firm.
At Bradford, Scott will focus on real estate acquisitions and development for the company?s clients and equity partners.

?Bradford has the ability to do some large investments,? Scott said in a statement. ?And there are plenty of institutional investors who?d like to co-invest with Bradford.?
Scott has been in the commercial real estate business for 38 years, starting with the Henry S. Miller Co.
